Sodas and aerated coldrinks are highly acidic and will only add up acid levels to your stomach . They can irritate your intestinal lining and cause discomfort leading to cramps and nausea.
There is a reason why doctors state not to pop-in pills on an empty stomach. When medication is taken on an empty tummy, it messes with the stomach acids which in turn creates an imbalance in the body, and you can end up cramping and vomiting.
3. Work out
